Gold standard for vertical woodworking bandsaws! I have an older 3/4-HP version and it’s a beast. This is heavy cast iron construction for minimal vibration. You’ll want to buy an aftermarket wheeled base for $50. You can buy a riser block kit separately to increase the cutting height by 6 inches. Or buy an aftermarket fence using the predrilled guide holes.
There’s 4 bolts holding the saw to the closed base. They can be easily removed for transport or if you plan to build your own base.
