This was Consumer Reports top rated handheld battery powered vac. They’re pretty awesome – I bought one, new, from Costco (around $80?) and gave 2 away as gifts (one new and one refurb). So, I definitely think that CR was right. Just a note, though – if you buy one, note that the internal/reusable mini cone filter it uses does get *clogged.* I thought my Shark was bad after a few months and ended up calling the warranty team at Shark only to find out that I never cleaned the filter.
