Their customer support is great. When they made their last upgrade that was incompatible with my older fire tablet. they made it so it would work with legacy software. I didn’t have to buy a newer version of the fire tablet. Of course you can put it on your phone but my old eyes love the 10 inch tablet when troubleshooting.
