When VIPOUTLET says Grade-A, it means the phone is likely returned by a customer after a week of use. Sometimes, it’s never opened. Not like those resellers that push used stuff as Refurbished.
I recently purchased my Galaxy S10 plus(Grade-A) from them and it was brand-new. Well, of course, the phone was locked to T-Mobile and I had to get it unlocked. But with iphone, you could always an RSIM or if you are already with one of the related MVNOs, you can use the phone as-is.
